Pontte is a fintech company that delivers customized credit solutions, focused on building lasting relationships with clients by understanding their life stages and negotiating fair, flexible conditions. Their approach combines financial expertise with a strong human-centered mindset.
As part of the in-house creative team, I collaborated closely with the marketing and product departments. My primary focus was to refresh and expand the brand’s visual language across multiple communication channels, ensuring consistency, clarity, and relevance in every touchpoint.
The task was to modernize Pontte’s visual communication while preserving its approachable and trustworthy identity. The brand needed a more flexible design system to support its growth and communicate more effectively with diverse audiences across digital and offline platforms.
I worked cross-functionally to audit existing assets and identify key areas for visual improvement. From there, I refined the visual identity, expanding the color palette, updating iconography, and creating campaign templates. I also led the design of multi-channel campaigns, adapting layouts and visuals for paid media, email marketing, social, and product-related assets.
The refreshed design system gave the brand a more cohesive and recognizable presence. Campaigns rolled out smoothly and consistently, aligning with both marketing goals and user needs. This work supported stronger engagement across channels and helped position Pontte as a reliable and forward-thinking player in the fintech space.
